Unit, VALVES
INDUSTRIES
was established in 1984 as
part of our 'CTC' group manufacturing Industrial Valves
since 1969.
The
basic necessity to establish this new unit was to take care
of our ever expanding activities. We have a team of
expertise members with a lot of experience in Planning and
Development, Procurement, Production, Marketing, Customer
Service, etc. We have a wide product range as One Stop
Quality Valve Procuring Point. We modify design of out
products for specialized job or as per the need of
customer.

Ball / Butterfly / Plug / Check (Wafer NRV /
Flapper NRV )/ 'Y' Type Flush Bottom Tank Valve etc.
DESIGN AND STANDARDS :
ASA, ANSI, BS, AWWA etc.

Third Party Inspection offered On Request.
QUALITY CONTROL AND PRODUCTION
PROCEDURES
PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIALS :
Required materials procured
from our approved venders.
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE :
Dimensional and visual inspection of all the components are
made to relevant drawings. (Casting obtained from foundries
are proof machined for any visual defects. All approved
piece are put to shell pressure test, both Hydrostatic and
Pneumatic.)
ASSEMBLY OF VALVES :
All
the components required for the valves are checked visually
and dimensionally with assembly drawing. The assembled valve
is put to Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Pressure testing as per
related testing standards. The Valves are painted according
to colour codes.
VALVES NUMBERING AND PACKING :
The
valves are punched to the serial numbers and date of
dispatch. The bore at both the ends is closed with plastic
caps and the valve is then packed in a polythene bag.
